2. Q. Do I need an invitation letter from Texindex to get a Visa into a foreign country?
   A. Yes. Please be aware that China require visas.
3. Q. Is there a participation fee?
   A. No. We don't charge you any participation fee. You will cover your own airfare, accommodation, meals, insurance fees. Or if you prefer, you may arrange you own flight from your country to Shanghai and from Shanghai back to your country.
4. Q. I may be in Asia during that time, what kind of arrangement can you make for me?
   A. We suggest you purchase your own ticket.

   A. We strongly encourage each buyer to bring his/her samples, tech pack to show the manufacturers. Better yet, if you can provide us your tech pack with sample pictures, so we can circulate this information to all the manufacturers so they can prepare counter samples ahead of time.
